Craggs and Co Claimed

Craggs & Co are commercial ancient grain producers based in the stunning North East and North Yorkshire countryside. We diversified to spelt production in 2015 and have fast become the UKs largest producer of spelt products.  We have recently added einkorn, emmer and rye to our range, making us the only British supplier of ancient grain products.  

We currently supply some of the UKs most recognisable food companies with our ancient grain products. Our flour to local bakery chains, pearled grain to well renowned British soup producers and flakes to global cereal producers. 

We carefully select the finest ancient grains for use in our product range.  The wheat is lovingly grown and harvested on our 2000 acre estate, we also have numerous assured growers across the country who have been specifically chosen to grow on our behalf.
