Durham Wildlife Trust

Conserving Wildlife from the Tees to the Tyne

For 50 years Durham Wildlife Trust has been the leading conservation organisation dedicated to our local area.

By working together with our members and volunteers, we are committed to protecting and conserving wildlife from Tees to Tyne.

We have ongoing projects from Tees to Tyne to protect, restore and create wild places.

It has never been a more important to aid the recovery of wildlife on land and at sea. The focus of our work is to restore Durham’s threatened habitats and species, and reconnect people with the natural world around them.
