Artisanal hand-crafted salami and charcuterie made using locally reared, free range meat.  Selling in local shops, wholesale and online. Products include salami, bresaola, coppa ham, lomo, nduja, pancetta, black pudding and smoked salmon.

We hold regular charcuterie masterclasses at our production facility in Byker which offer you the opportunity to learn from Steven, the Master Butcher behind Meat Salt Smoke, and Block & Bottle (our sister company – a butchers and craft beer shop in Gateshead). Both classes include lots of tasty food from items you have prepared that day and treats to take home with you. Details of the classes are listed below.
